The options we offer
Customer requirements vary, which is why we offer several versions:
One-off moulds
Suitable when only a small number of pieces is needed. Up to 4–5 pieces can be demoulded, and the parts are made by hand lamination. This way we produce parts with a high-quality surface without investing in the costly production of a negative fibreglass mould.
Production moulds
Suitable for demanding parts and series production. The moulds are made by hand lamination.
RTM moulds (resin transfer moulding)
These moulds suit series production from roughly 300 pieces upwards. RTM technology makes larger series efficient and cost-effective.
