The whole process under one roof

From 3D data to the finished, painted part. There is no need to coordinate several suppliers: model, mould, lamination and surface finish all happen here.

    What fibreglass is

Fibreglass (GRP) is a composite of glass fibres and polyester, vinyl ester or epoxy resin. It offers high elasticity and strength, low weight, corrosion resistance, a high load-bearing capacity and the freedom to shape it to individual requirements. It makes precise, long-lived parts possible. A further advantage is that fibreglass can also be produced in a flame-retardant version.

    Model making

CAD/CAM and CNC milling of positive models, including from 3D data.

    Mould making

Negative fibreglass moulds as the basis for precise, repeatable production.

    Hand lamination

Flexible part production from a single piece to large series.

    Artistic painting

Final surface, colour scheme and artistic airbrush work.

    Additional processes and services

    CAD/CAM and CNC

Two CNC machines (CRONUS and PKX), maximum part size 6 x 4 x 2 m.

    RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding)

A closed process for large series, producing parts smooth on both sides with even wall thickness and a homogeneous structure.

    Coatings and linings

Lining concrete surfaces, pools and outdoor installations for greater durability and easier maintenance.

    Repairs and refurbishment

Restoring worn fibreglass parts, for example slides and pools, or retrofitting rail vehicles.

    Finishing and assembly work

Completion, assembly, bonding of plastics and metals, seals, inserts, hinges and pre-assembly of lighting.

Our production also includes an in-house metal workshop and a testing laboratory, where we measure the elasticity and deformation of fibreglass and check thickness, hardness and surface gloss.
