How we work together

From the first inquiry to the finished part in four simple steps.

Or just send us the basics. We will be glad to get in touch and help you out.

    1. 1

      Inquiry

You send us an inquiry with a drawing or 3D data, a description of what you need and your deadline. No 3D data? We can create it by digitising an existing part.

What to send: A drawing or 3D data, a description of the part and its use, the batch size you need and your deadline.
    2. 2

      Technical assessment and quotation

Management reviews the inquiry together with representatives of each department, looking at both the technical solution and whether it is feasible. You then receive a quotation.

    3. 3

      Production and inspection

Once both sides have approved the 3D data, production follows in this order: model, mould, hand lamination or RTM, additional assembly work, surface treatment and, where required, painting. Every part goes through final inspection; we check 100 % of parts, both visually and technically.

    4. 4

      Conformity check and dispatch

Once the first part is made, we run a trial and assess its conformity with the requirement. Finished products are dispatched to the agreed location. If needed, we also take care of repairs and servicing.

    Frequently asked questions

What if we have no 3D data?
We can create it by digitising an existing part (reverse engineering).
What batch sizes do you produce?
From one-off production to small and medium series, typically 50 to 1,000 pieces.
Can you handle large and oversized parts?
Yes, on CNC machines up to 6 x 4 x 2 m and across 30,000 m² of production space.
Do you work with flame-retardant and certified materials?
Yes, including materials for the marine and rail sectors.
    How do you guarantee quality?
ISO 9001:2015 certification, final inspection on 100 % of parts and a first-article conformity check before the series runs.
Can you make just the model or just the mould?
Yes, we can supply the model and the mould on their own, for another production shop for instance.

Attach a drawing or 3D data and we will come back with a technical assessment.
